Description

Myofascial Release sessions are personalized to what your treatment goals are and it a great chance to reconnect with yourself, check in and remind the body to feel good! During your first visit we will take a little more time to discuss why you are receiving bodywork, your medical background, assess any muscular dysfunction and create a plan which may include at home stretching and/or ergonomic suggestions to enhance the benefit of the massage.

Your first Myofascial Release session with me will be 90 minutes at the 60 min rate.
