“My background encompasses an array of interests that I am now integrating into my private practice. I have a AA in Environmental Studies and BS in Natural Resource Planning with a focus in Appropriate Technologies and Sustainable Communities. I use green, all natural and organic products when possible to provide a safe environment for health & vitality.

I believe in what Massage and Fascial Release can do for you based on personal experience. You will attain a better quality of life with the integration of regular bodywork into your plan for a healthier you. My goal is to assist you in helping yourself and share my compassion and knowledge with you through my work.  As I provide a safe space and a therapeutic touch, I continually seek knowledge and support to assist you in your desire for relaxation and renewal.

I am an artist, a lover of music and nature and a seeker of diversity and simplicity. I believe by embracing the inherent connectedness with a permaculture design and by utilizing our collective skills in community we can live peacefully.”

The effects of Massage and Fascial Release are cumulative to reduce tension, stress and pain. Receiving regular bodywork stimulates the muscle memory of the previous session & promotes a deeper sense of well-being as the body is reminded of the nurturing touch and physical and emotional release. It is a great complement to physical therapy, personal training, Pilates, outdoor exercise, chiropractic, acupuncture and all variations of bodywork to assist you in healing.

It has proven through time to enhance the results of eating well and exercising to be one of the most beneficial ways to promote good health. When we are able to reduce stress in the body, we are allowing our body, mind & soul to rejuvenate and heal.
