Why do I do it?
I believe in what Massage and Myofascial Release can do for you based on personal experience. You will attain a better quality of life with the integration of regular bodywork into your plan for a healthier you. My goal is to assist you in helping yourself and share my compassion and knowledge with you through my work. As I provide a safe space and a therapeutic touch, I continually seek knowledge and support to assist you in your desire for relaxation and renewal.
The effects of Massage and Myofascial Release are cumulative to reduce tension, stress and pain. Receiving regular bodywork stimulates the muscle memory of the previous session & promotes a deeper sense of well-being as the body is reminded of the nurturing touch and physical and emotional release. It is a great complement to physical therapy, personal training, Pilates, outdoor exercise, chiropractic, acupuncture and all variations of bodywork to assist you in healing.
It has proven through time to enhance the results of eating well and exercising to be one of the most beneficial ways to promote good health. When we are able to reduce stress in the body, we are allowing our body, mind & soul to rejuvenate and heal.
