Your massage is personalized to what your goal for the massage is and is a great chance to reconnect with yourself, check in and remind the body to feel good! During your first visit we will take a little more time to discuss why you are receiving massage, your medical background, assess any muscular dysfunction and create a plan which may include at home stretching and/or ergonomic suggestions to enhance the benefit of the massage.

If you have a particular area you would like focus on, I would suggest purchasing a 90 minute session. For a full massage focusing on Myofascial Techniques, please purchase a Myofascial Release.
